What we build
01
Incoming supply, main switch and metering, engineered for fault level and design verified.
02
One submain in, individually protected submains out to each area of the site.
03
Final subcircuits for lighting, power and equipment, built to your board schedule.
04
Sports field and area lighting, fed centrally or with a panel at each pole.
08
Purpose-built MSSBs for HVAC and hydraulic plant. The boards we're known for.
One workshop
No handovers, no finger pointing. Estimating, shop drawings, fabrication, wiring, testing and delivery all happen under our one roof. You deal directly with the switchboard builders themselves, one Brisbane team, start to finish.
And every board leaves able to prove what it is: design verified to AS/NZS 61439, documented on demand. Verified, not assumed →
In-house design Design verified Brisbane workshop
Why it matters
Under AS/NZS 61439 an assembly has to be verified, not simply built to a drawing. Verification covers what nobody can see once the doors are shut: whether the busbar and enclosure carry the design current without exceeding their temperature-rise limits, whether the assembly withstands the prospective short-circuit current at that point in the network, and whether clearances and creepage distances suit the voltage and the conditions the board will live in.
That evidence is what a head contractor, a certifier or an insurer asks for when something goes wrong, and it is the hardest thing to produce after the fact. As Brisbane switchboard manufacturers we verify in-house and issue the documentation with the board, so the file exists before anyone needs it. Worth asking for on any board, whoever builds it.
Selected projects
“Compliance isn’t claimed. It’s verified, documented and delivered with every board.”
Where we deliver
Boards leave our Banyo workshop for sites across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and all of South East Queensland, with delivery further into regional Queensland by arrangement.
Building locally matters for more than freight. You can witness the factory acceptance test before the board ships, and when a question comes up during installation you are speaking to the switchboard builders who wired it rather than someone reading a file.
